01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 789pub website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 789pub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 789pub, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 789pub, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 789pub platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from gambling.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

789pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Rules

One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with 789pub. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. If 789pub identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789pub login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 789pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account Verification. 789pub may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This process may require you to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Suspension and Closure. 789pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise improper activity is suspected.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. 789pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your 789pub account. 789pub reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. 789pub aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 789pub reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 789pub reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

789pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse. 789pub reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Determination of bonus abuse is at 789pub's sole discretion.

789pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 789pub platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on the 789pub platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game in progress. 789pub does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any wager refunded at 789pub's discretion.

Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a system or software malfunction, all affected game rounds and associated payouts are void. 789pub will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from technical errors, system failures, or interruptions to service.

Maximum Winnings. 789pub may impose maximum payout limits per game, per session, or per day. These limits, where applicable, are displayed within the relevant game or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding applicable limits may be adjusted to the stated maximum.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 789pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 789pub staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your account.

789pub cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. Any funds associated with fraudulent or illegal activity may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited or remitted to the appropriate authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

789pub provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 789pub platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789pub platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks — is the property of 789pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 789pub platform without the prior written consent of 789pub. Unauthorized use of 789pub's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 789pub platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

789pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 789pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

789pub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 789pub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

11 Privacy & Data

789pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 789pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments

789pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 789pub will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details on file. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 789pub platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 789pub customer support.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

789pub operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their rights have been violated may also raise concerns with PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
